The interview process was quite detailed and specific to the role. It included three rounds with the Delivery Head, Executive Vice President, and HR. There was also one VC round focused on pay scale and a notice buyback. The whole thing was quite detailed and specific to the role.

It was a great interview over phone by the HR person with questions related to the current role, responsibilities, etc.. Followed by a panel interview on technical and project management related questions and then by another senior person about higher responsibilities. After that, once again HR interview happened for compensation details and offer discussions. Later I joined after a period of about 3 months

I applied for a project manager position. Initially, I had a call with HR, and then I spoke with the associate VP. The interview focused entirely on management topics. I was asked about Fixed price modeling, Time and Material Model, the Waterfall Model of SDLC, and Prototyping. Also, I was asked about employee satisfaction, client persuasion for products or architectures, estimation techniques, and risk mitigation.
