The interviewer didn't seem to understand the role they were hiring for. The questions asked were irrelevant to the job. They were just looking to build up their bench strength. The main question was about my knowledge of IGATE.

It was 2 technical interviews plus a 1-hour interview, then a background check. The interview was pretty easy and straightforward. Most questions were about the US healthcare domain, about 80% on US health insurance and 20% on business analysis process.
