I got a direct call from iGate(Patni). I gave a telephonic interview. After selection, they told me to appear for a client interview, which was also telephonic. I cleared these rounds. They called me for salary discussion. There was a one-on-one interview.

It was a 3 round process. First was a telephonic round, second was face-to-face, and the third was a client interview. They asked about management and technical skills. They evaluated my knowledge based on my past experience and skill set. The client asked a lot about domain knowledge. You need to be sure and confident to crack it.
