Got an email from HR about a position that fit my profile. HR called within a week, and the first interview (phone) was the next day. The second interview (phone) was also within a day, and it was at iGate Hyderabad office. Both went well. Then there was a final HR round where I was told I got selected. I had to fill out the employment application and send documents. After sending everything, I didn't hear back for a week. I emailed to ask about my status, but never got a response. This whole experience at iGate showed me why people talk about their unprofessional attitude. I have a stable job, so not getting an offer isn't a big deal for me, but it might be for someone desperate for a change. So, don't count on iGate if you really need a job.

HR from Connecticut reached out and we set up an interview for the same day. There were two rounds in total. After completing both rounds, I spoke with HR about the job band. They offered a position with a lower level than my current role and a salary that was below my expectations. HR was unwilling to negotiate.

I went for a walk-in interview. The first round was a technical one. Then, after 4 days, they called me for a system test. After that, there was an HR round. I finally got the offer letter 15 days later.
