For the Senior Associate role for their GE client, the interview process involved a very tedious verification stage. They hired an agency, and an agent even came to my house to verify my address. The interview was in October, and I received the offer in December, which took about two months. It felt ridiculous.

So, it was a campus interview that had 3 rounds in total. There was a Personal Interview, a Group Discussion, a Technical Interview, and an HR interview. Except for the HR round, 3 people interviewed in all the other rounds. The technical interview was the most difficult one, lasting about 40 to 45 minutes. Most questions in the personal interview were based on my resume.

It was a 3 round process, kinda difficult but doable, and it took a day to finish. I should be joining within the next 15 days. The first round was an in-person intro, then a technical interview, and it ended with a 45-minute phone call plus an HR round.
