First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at iFIT.
Front End Developer
This interview process was extremely inconsiderate of my time in the current economic climate. I wasn't even contacted by a human throughout the entire 4-week process. They made me complete a challenge that took two days in React, then they sent automated questions before another automated denial.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Front End Developer
After submitting my application online, I immediately got an email that just jumped straight into a code challenge. There was no personal contact or any other questions, it was basically a 'hello, we're starting with a code challenge, here it is.' The challenge focused on CSS/HTML and was really, really vague. It was timed, and the timer started once I downloaded a Photoshop document from a link in the email. After downloading the PSD, I honestly wondered if they had a first-day intern create it because the file was so disorganized. I finished the challenge within the given time and submitted my code late at night. The very next morning, I got an email saying they were moving on with other candidates who were a closer fit for their needs.

Front-end Developer
This was totally automated and impersonal. I'm annoyed they wasted my time. I didn't even get an email confirming they got my code (the 2-day code test to build a page). I wish I'd read reviews before spending time I don't have on it. Even though I haven't heard back, I'm putting 'no offer' because I'm not optimistic. Very rude and inconsiderate.
