The reviewer was friendly, better than most. They asked a lot about how my current company manages things to improve their process, which was a bit odd. No trick questions. It was a fine experience, but there was a salary expectation mismatch, so we didn't continue.

I was initially contacted via email to set up an interview, but after providing my availability, I was instead given a five-part writing test.

A recruiter hit me up on LinkedIn about an opening and the company vibe. We had a chill chat about what I'm into and my skills, then they moved me forward. I met two folks I'd be working with most closely. It was pretty relaxed, we talked about a sample I sent, my past jobs, what I want next, some STAR questions, and just general life stuff. Then I met the rest of the team, they all had questions for me, and I got to ask mine too. The last interview was super open, just a chance to ask anything remaining.
- Given a changing workload, how do you decide what to do first?
- What's your approach if you have a disagreement with a coworker?
- Describe your ideal work environment.
