First, there was a video call where I had to answer some questions about myself. After that, training started. During training, I had to pass a mock call to get the full job.

It's a 3 step interview process. First, you fill out an application. The next day, they ask you to do a self-recorded interview answering 3 pre-recorded questions. Finally, there's a trial shift where you're on a video call with a Team Leader and other applicants. They'll explain the dialling system and how to code answers. Then, you'll start calling respondents to interview for about 30 minutes. They'll observe and see if you're doing it correctly. Afterward, they'll tell you if you're hired.

The video interview has questions about your skills and why you want the job, plus other basic questions. You get plenty of time to prepare before recording. There was a reading section then a listening section. It was easy and you had enough time to prepare.
