I applied online and the first step was a phone call from HR. They explained the job and the first project and told me when I'd start. Then they asked about my resume and offered me an in-person interview at their office in Toledo. They don't pay for travel. The in-person interview was similar: I had to fill out paperwork and go over my resume again, in more detail. They liked my experience and offered me the job that day. The pay, benefits, and vacation days were pretty bad. I wouldn't recommend this job if you have 2-3 years of experience, though it might be okay if you just graduated.

It was a pretty boring interview. The interviewer was an undergrad student who was given goals to hire people. First, there was a telephonic interview with basic questions about your past experience. If you mentioned any manufacturing plant experience, you'd be called for a face-to-face interview. During the face-to-face, she gave a form to fill with questions about your ideal job and salary expectations, followed by an interview about what you filled in.
