Senior Associate
You'll meet with the team, and they'll ask you some basic questions about your previous jobs. They want to know about your experience using the skills they need, like investing and client exposure. They also want to make sure you're ready to work early, so they'll talk about the hours.
- What makes you want to join IEQ?
Associate
You meet with the majority of the team (7 people) that you would be on. Each person has a different angle and line of questioning. It is a very thorough process but rewarding when you join the team.
- Why do you want to work at IEQ?
Associate Director
Got an interview with this company, they work with a recruiting firm called Mackenzie & Partners. The first two rounds with IEQ happened really fast, scheduled within two weeks. I had video calls with an Associate Director and a Director, which was a nice experience. They mentioned they're growing fast and keen to hire someone for this position. The questions were pretty standard, like why I'm interested in the role and asking me to walk through my resume. Then, HR said they'd let me know in a day or two, or early next week. I didn't hear anything for about 1.5 weeks. The recruiter didn't have info and was trying to get an update from HR. I reached out directly to IEQ and got an email saying they're rethinking if they need to hire someone new and have put the search on hold. I figure they would have just rejected me if I wasn't a good fit. It's super frustrating and a waste of time that a company this size would change their mind so drastically within three weeks.
- Can you talk about your work history?
- What are your shortcomings?
