First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at iEnergizer.
Customer Support Executive
The first round was a basic info gathering, covering my background and education. They asked about how I spent my last day and then sent me to the next round. The next round also started with education, then I picked one of two topics to speak about for 2 mins: 'Online media vs offline media' or 'pollution'.
- Compare online media versus offline media, or discuss pollution.
- Compare online media versus offline media, or discuss pollution.
Customer Support Executive
HR basically just walked and chatted. It took them 7 hours for a 10-minute interview, and they kept asking me to wait and then forgot about me. Very unprofessional, and they didn't hold back from making sarcastic remarks. They even made us give a 5-star rating in the last round before joining, which felt very unethical.
- Can you introduce yourself and share your understanding of customer service?
Customer Support Executive
The interview starts with some basic HR questions like why you want to join a BPO and to tell us about yourself. Then, there's an essay writing task where you can choose to write about 'A day of your Life as Super Hero' or 'Your last monument visit'. Finally, they check your typing skills, and a normal typing speed is acceptable.
- What is your motivation for joining a BPO?
- Could you please introduce yourself?
- Compose an essay on either 'A day of your Life as Super Hero' or 'Your last monument visit'.
