It was a simple and easy qualifying process. The HR was good and it was easy to crack in one day. Communication in English is a must. Lucrative salary offered as a fresher in an international process.

The interview process at Ienergizwr is pretty straightforward, aiming to see if you've got the right skills and if you'd fit in. First, HR gives you a quick chat to get a feel for your background, what you've done, and what you're looking for career-wise. Then, there's a more hands-on interview, either technical or specific to the job, where they check out your skills, how you figure things out, and what you know about the field. If it's the right kind of job, you might have another chat with a manager about handling real situations, how you communicate, and if you're on the same page with what the company expects. The last part is usually about the pay, when you can start, and getting you set up. They'll let you know how things went and what's next pretty quickly.

The first round was a basic info gathering, covering my background and education. They asked about how I spent my last day and then sent me to the next round. The next round also started with education, then I picked one of two topics to speak about for 2 mins: 'Online media vs offline media' or 'pollution'.

So, the interview process was face to face. First, there was an Excel test, then a formula test. They also checked my communications skills and knowledge of macros. After that, I had a direct face-to-face with the MIS team leader for the technical round. This was followed by a final interview with the business manager. Finally, there was salary discussion with HR, followed by documentation and the offer.
