The interview was super chill, with two nice interviewers who made me feel really comfortable. They even gave me a complete tour of the facility, which gave me a better sense of the environment and made things feel even more relaxed and welcoming.

I spoke with two guys for this job. They were pretty nice and knew their biology stuff. I applied for a lab tech role working the third shift, which mostly involves running PCR tests. The interview setting was definitely unique. It's a food processing place, so it smelled pretty bad, and the workspace looked messy with paperwork everywhere and cardboard boxes on the floor.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you describe your PCR experience and for how long you have been doing it?
  • What are your career aspirations for the next year?
  • Tell me about your PCR experience and the duration of your involvement.

It was a quick and informal chat, mainly to get a feel for your personality. While some knowledge is helpful for the job, it's not a strict requirement. The great part is they're not too hung up on formal education, as long as you're someone who takes initiative and gets things done.
