Manager
It was alright. The interview mainly focused on the role I applied for. They asked about my past positions and duties. Also asked about the number of staff I trained and supervised as a manager.
- Can you describe your counseling process?
- What was the number of students who matriculated under you?
Manager
First, you submit your resume and cover letter. Then, a recruiter will screen it to see if you're a good fit. Sometimes, there's an initial call to check basic stuff. After that, you might have an interview with HR or the hiring manager, where they'll ask about your background, skills, and why you want the job. Some jobs also have a technical test, like a case study or coding challenge, or problem-solving questions. Then, you'll likely have a more in-depth interview, either in person or with a panel, where they'll dig into your past experiences, how you solve problems, and your technical skills. They might use the STAR method for behavioral questions. Finally, there's a chat about cultural fit, salary, and company policies, maybe with HR. After that, if they like you, they'll make an offer and might do a background check.

Manager
It was a really interesting and fun interview process. The hiring manager was great, and the different stages were very insightful. The last stage was pretty intense, and then they asked the final question about salary expectations.
- Can you introduce yourself and share your work experience?
- What are your salary expectations?
