So, there were 2 rounds of interviews. The first one was a mix of things - they asked about why I wanted to join, went over my past work, and then there was a case study about an impact evaluation. Also, some basic math questions. The interviewer was helpful if I got stuck.

the whole thing took four months from application to outcome, though I didn't even get to the end. The quantitative test was really hard unless you've done the GMA format before. The interview itself was a case study about an M&E project in Cambodia. The interviewer rescheduled last minute, then was late, and it sounded like they were in a noisy cafe. They also seemed rushed to wrap up and didn't let me ask questions. When I didn't get the job, I asked for feedback, but they just ignored my email. Seemed professional but didn't even meet basic standards for respecting candidate time or dignity.

The interview process was super timely and done really well. It had three rounds with different people from the team. The first round was basically an info session, and the next ones were with people who the role would be working with a lot.
