I will share an honest feedback and believe me it was a completely waste of time at the end. HR of this company is very worst and never respond email or phone call after getting the documents in final round. Idemia should consider this otherwise this company will loose its brand value in market. It has been extremely disappointed experience with the talent acquisition team after submitting the documents.Talent acquisition team doesn’t provide any feedback over an email and even they did not response to the call and messages. As my wife is In her pregnancy period, I multiple times mentioned to Talent acquisition team to inform me 2 or 3 days early before scheduling next round of an interview so that I can plan accordingly and come to Noida office. when I made a call to HR she asked me to come today or tomorrow to office. It’s completely impossible for me to come down to office on same day or next day by travelling almost 120 k from my hometown due to wife pregnancy. My second round of interview with manager was scheduled at noida office premise and when I was travelling to noida from my hometown , I was informed in middle of my journey that panel is not available but anyway I took that meeting from my laptop at my relatives. My third round of interview with Paris team and it was scheduled on a same day by just informing 2 hour back to me, Anyway I took that opportunity and managed my time and gave interview and it was very good discussion with him. I was very much eager to join the Idemia and I promised multiple times my commitment to talent acquisition team but at the end it look like they don’t trust candidate word. Feedback : If your talent acquisition people doesn’t keep trust on candidates then please don’t keep the interview because at the end it’s completely waste of time for all of us. I hope your team will take this feedback seriously and will improve the process. I would like to again thank to all of you for your valuable time.

After going through two rounds of interviews, I was selected. However, I haven't received an offer letter, nor have I been denied. One round was a technical interview, which was quite long, and the other was a behavioral one. The HR confirmed my selection and asked me to submit all the required documents. After submitting all the documents, they confirmed my selection again but still haven't released the offer letter.
