The whole process took about 2-3 weeks. I had 3 interviews. First was a chat with HR, then a technical interview with the Quality Manager where we discussed quality methods, golden rules, QRQC, 8D, and know-how. The last interview was with a Quality SME about the mission and specific tasks. They got back to me quickly after the last interview, in just 1 day.

  • Are you comfortable working in a factory environment?
