Project Manager
We did a quick, clear review of your resume and background. This included some situational questions and other specific questions. We talked about key skills, looked at practical examples, and figured out how your experience and strengths could really help with the responsibilities and goals of the job.
- What qualities contribute to a candidate's success in this role?
Project Manager
I applied online. Then I received an email to schedule a meeting. My first interview was with HR, lasting about 45 minutes. They asked about my background, the job description, and my knowledge of the company. The second interview was with the manager(s), covering similar questions, discussing future tasks, but without any technical questions or exercises.
- What do you know about our company?
- What kind of tasks are you seeking?
- What are your general skills?
Project Manager
The interview process had three stages: IT Manager, HR, and IT Director interviews, all on different days. I cleared them all and was told I'd hear back within a week. Three weeks passed, I called them, no answer. I emailed and got a call back, promised an answer in a few days. That was over a month ago, almost two. It was the worst company experience ever. The lack of respect is insane, I can't believe how this company treats people they might hire. I wouldn't recommend them.
- Would you be open to taking on tasks outside of what's stated in the contract?
