The interview process was a bit long but felt smooth, helpful, and eye-opening. It started with a written round where I had to talk about myself, my motivations, and my strengths. Then there were 3 more rounds. One of the one-on-one interviews felt more like a discussion, especially with the team lead I'd be working with if I got the job, to see if I'd fit the role. The interviewers were nice.

I felt there was a lack of consideration given the candidate's dedication in going to the location, presenting themselves, and then waiting for hours and traveling to Cotia without any follow-up. I was told that several candidates didn't show up that day, and there were only me and one other person. It would have been likely they'd provide a response, but they didn't, even though I showed willingness. The selection process itself was also mediocre. I believe the person responsible for the evaluation methods had a poorly refined filter, considering the various tests with technical and psychological capacity questions, which tended towards a final evaluation that seemed subjective and not very transparent. Given so many filters, I question the lack of feedback.
