The interview process is quite detailed and well-structured, with excellent support throughout. They put a lot of effort into understanding candidates, which really highlights the company culture. I went through the process a few weeks back and was impressed by the company's global presence and future direction. It started with a recruiter call, followed by a role-play exercise with the Talent Acquisition Lead, a CBI, and a brief case study. While it's comprehensive and takes time, I found it all quite engaging. They maintained clear communication and set expectations throughout, which I found very helpful. I ultimately withdrew because I accepted another offer, but I came away with a very positive impression of their hiring approach – completely professional.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

It was a pretty thorough process, but I'm glad I went through it because I'm here at Ideals now! First, there was a screening call to see if I was a good general fit. Then, I had a test task that involved two roleplays. The first roleplay was a hiring manager intake call to get a better understanding of the role and the team. For the test task, I had to come up with a strategy for recruiting in a specific market. After that, I had a meeting to go over some analytics data, and finally, I spoke with the VP of Operations. Even though it took a while, it felt worth it.

The interview was conducted by a young lady, Anna, who was unprofessional and arrogant. She immediately made fun of my formal attire. The entire conversation felt strange and unprofessional, making me uncomfortable. I decided to end the interaction because she represents the company. Given this experience, I doubt I'd want to work there. My advice to hiring management is to train your staff, especially if you're targeting Western markets, as it's clear there's a lack of experience.
