The hiring process for this role is quite thorough, featuring several interviews, a practical test, and a competency-based interview (CBI). It offered ample chances to showcase relevant skills and experience, and also helped me understand the job and company better.

I had one of the best interview experiences, super organized, open, and the team was really responsive. It started with a screen call, then I shared my portfolio. After that, there was an English level check, which included talking with a tutor and an online test. Next was a Competency-Based Interview, followed by a test task and its presentation. The final step was an interview with the Hiring Manager. The entire process spanned about 1.5 months. It worked out well with my schedule, and I was kept informed about the progress and what's coming next. My tip is to be ready by researching the product, the company, and especially its values – they're important, and how you show them really makes a difference.

The whole interview process has four steps in total. I had an initial call with their recruiter, Daisy, who was friendly and professional. She went into detail about the business, the company, and the job position. The job itself sounded appealing, and their interview process seemed very structured. But, I decided not to continue to the next stage because I'm no longer seeking a job based in Shanghai.
