Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved some standard behavioral questions. It started with a phone interview and then moved to a video interview via Teams. They seemed particularly interested in my sales closing skills.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was long and in depth, recruiters were great with communication and dedication. I had to go through one phone call, one mock interview with a recruiter, and then was going to be subject to at least one or two more interviews before any kind of offer.

Behavioral Other

The talent acquisition specialists were extremely unprofessional. After the initial interview, I was called a "rockstar" and told I was being fast-tracked to the top of the candidate list. Basically, I was told the job was mine if I wanted it. The next day I got the typical "although your experience is impressive, unfortunately..." email. I immediately called, emailed, AND texted my contact for an explanation and maybe some constructive criticism. He NEVER got back to me. I thought Ideal Concepts sounded like such a great place to work, but now I know better. If they can't even return a simple phone call or email to a prospective agent looking for information, then how unprofessional can their business practices be?
