The interview process was pretty straightforward and overall short. I received an email from the principal and scheduled an interview directly with her. I was offered the job, but apparently they have a two day response after you get the position which I was not made aware of. After accepting the offer for days after it was made I was told that it was offered to someone else due to the delay in my response. By the next day I received an email with an offer as they said they would.

I applied and had to add 5 references. Then I completed a one-way interview with 5 questions. After that, I was called in for an in-person interview on a set day and time, with options for available meet times. The interview was on a Tuesday and I heard back by Friday. The interview process was a group process with 5 interviews total. One part of the interview involved completing a sample teaching exercise. The interviewers were nice and answered my questions. The recruiter followed up and stayed in touch, available to call if I had any questions.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a pretty long and tough interview process. It involved phone calls and then virtual or in-person interviews. The virtual/face-to-face part lasted 90 minutes and included a 30-minute lesson presentation where I had to role-play. The interviewer would sometimes pause me to give feedback and ask me to re-do parts they thought needed improvement. There were also significant delays between the different stages. In total, it took about 8 weeks from when I first got interested to when I got the job offer.
