I found this opportunity on naukri. The HR reached out, asked for my basic info, and set up an interview. The interview was straightforward, covering behavioral questions and some basic project management stuff. They liked my interview and gave me an assignment. I spent three days on the assignment and sent it to the HR. I waited about a week, and then they told me they weren't hiring for the role because the person who resigned decided to stay. They didn't even bother sending a rejection email, which is pretty typical for a tricity company. So, if you're applying here, be prepared for unprofessional treatment.

Pretty easy to pass all the parts. They just asked about shift times, what I wanted to make, and my background. Also asked a situation question.

The interview process for a Business Analyst usually starts with a screening, then phone calls, and finally some in-person tests.
