I talked with a recruiter first. They asked me some basic questions about whether I'd be a good fit for the company culture and help figure out what roles might suit me. It wasn't for a specific job, but more to discuss what's open and what I should do next.

It's effective and they value your time. They keep you updated on the process status or if you don't get the position. The people involved in the interviews, from HR to the team, are friendly and kind.

I found this opportunity on naukri. The HR reached out, asked for my basic info, and set up an interview. The interview was straightforward, covering behavioral questions and some basic project management stuff. They liked my interview and gave me an assignment. I spent three days on the assignment and sent it to the HR. I waited about a week, and then they told me they weren't hiring for the role because the person who resigned decided to stay. They didn't even bother sending a rejection email, which is pretty typical for a tricity company. So, if you're applying here, be prepared for unprofessional treatment.

So, the interview process is pretty multi-stage, you know, for hiring new people. It usually goes like this: first, you gotta write up the job description, then you post the job, then you schedule the interviews, do some preliminary interviews, then the in-person ones, and then, you know, follow up with the candidates and make the hire.
