Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty standard interview process, though it did feel a bit long. They asked a lot of different behavioral questions about my teaching methods and how I handle working with young people. There were also some technical questions, which were pretty standard and knowledge-based. I was upfront with them when I didn't know an answer, mentioning that I hadn't coded in that language since high school, and they were really nice about it and appreciated my honesty.
