Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ID Business Solutions.
Consultant
Started with a regular HR call, then had two more interviews with the manager and some senior folks in the department. They mentioned we could have a follow-up call if needed. The main interviews were an hour max. It was mostly remote, but they said I could come to the office if I wanted.
- Describe a situation where you had to say no to a customer's request.
Consultant
I was contacted by a recruiter and an interview was set up. When the interview time came, there was no contact from the recruiter. I emailed to ask if there was a mix-up in the interview time and found out the recruiter had made a mistake. We rescheduled for the following week, but again, the recruiter did not contact me. This was pretty unprofessional, as it took up two days of my time. If you weren't interested, you should have at least let me know you changed your mind or something. The fact that I reached out again and they rescheduled only to mess up again made it worse.
- When is the best time to reach you?
Senior Consultant
I saw an ad in a magazine and a recruitment agency was my first point of contact. Then I went to the office for an interview. I had a good first impression. Two people interviewed me, one after the other. I felt it was more about my fit with the company than my skills. I didn't get a tour.
- What is something that concerns you professionally?
