It was more of a q&a. The interviewer was lovely and very informative, going over in detail the shifts, how training works, what equipment is provided, and steps moving forward. Unfortunately, the assessment is what ruined my chances of landing the position. Admittedly, i am not good with tests. There was one before and one after the interview. And after the second one, they rejected me. So if you do get an interview, keep applying to jobs as the role will all be based off your assessment and not your experience.

Behavioral Presentation

This was hands-down one of the most unprofessional encounters I've ever had. The company disappeared after assigning a challenging task. I diligently navigated through the first interview, even though the recruiter couldn’t bother to turn on their screen. The second round? A project for Lipton Tea, and let me be clear: I delivered way beyond expectations. Yet, crickets for two weeks. Feels like they're fishing for free labor. Major red flags throughout. I highly caution anyone considering an application here.

Presentation Other

The first call went smoothly, then I was asked to prepare and deliver a presentation. After I submitted it, I was told there was a hold on the process, which is understandable. However, I emailed them multiple times over the next few months and got no reply at all. I was completely ghosted after putting in time and effort to create the presentation. icuc really showed no respect for my time or effort, and the whole experience was a big letdown.
