Social Media Specialist
It was more of a q&a. The interviewer was lovely and very informative, going over in detail the shifts, how training works, what equipment is provided, and steps moving forward. Unfortunately, the assessment is what ruined my chances of landing the position. Admittedly, i am not good with tests. There was one before and one after the interview. And after the second one, they rejected me. So if you do get an interview, keep applying to jobs as the role will all be based off your assessment and not your experience.
- What past industries have you worked in?
Content Specialist
I went through 2 interviews. The first one was pretty straightforward, asking about my personal and professional background. The second interview involved a written test where I had to respond to some real-life scenarios. I also had to learn some standard corporate phrases like 'we are sorry to learn this...'.
- Have you worked in customer service before?
Customer Success Manager
I applied for the CSM job about a month ago, and they called me for an interview. I was really excited because I've wanted to work there for a while. I had 2 interviews, the first with HR and the second with the hiring manager. After the last interview, they didn't tell me anything, not even that the job was offered to someone else. I tried to follow up, but no one responded. It sucks to have such a bad experience with a company I was so excited about, feels like they don't care about my time.
- Can you tell me about your social media experience?
Strategist
I had an initial call, then a more in-depth second interview. After that, they sent over a task. This wasn't a small task; it was a three-part project for their current clients, involving spreadsheets and then a full presentation, which would have taken hours. It felt like they were trying to get free labor from candidates. I declined this stage because it was a major red flag.
- What is your salary range?
