Content Writer
The interview was virtual. It seemed to go really well, and I got an email the next day saying they were impressed and wanted me to write an article on a technical topic and submit it in a few days. I put in the time and effort, sent the article, and got a thank-you email for the timely submission, with a promise they'd get back to me in a few days. Absolutely NO RESPONSE after that until I followed up. Suddenly, their urgent need apparently disappeared, and they replied saying they had a change and the position was scrapped. I wouldn't be surprised if they use my article as their own! Super unprofessional because they didn't close the interview loop on their own.
- Can you discuss your experience, given your portfolio?
- Could you please write an article on a technical topic for us?
- We'd like to know your thoughts on the position being scrapped.
Software Engineer
My interview experience with this company was less than satisfactory, and I wanted to share the details for others to be aware. The first round was a screening round with a Director. The questions were mostly basic and focused on OOP concepts and collections. It was a standard interview to check if you have the necessary technical fundamentals. Nothing too difficult, but it was clear they were testing for basic proficiency. After clearing the screening, I moved on to the technical round. The interviewer asked questions from various areas, including SQL, with a focus on joins, Core Java, including questions on OOP principles, Collections (List, Set, Map, etc.), Arrays, Strings, Generics, and Streams in Java, Spring Boot (specifically about annotations), Java 8 features, and Hibernate and related concepts. The interview lasted around 40 minutes to an hour. The questions were fairly technical and covered a broad range of topics, so you’ll need to be well-prepared across these areas. After completing the interview, I never received any feedback. I tried repeatedly to get in touch with the recruiter, but every time I reached out, I was told, “I have not received your feedback yet.” This went on for several days. I started to get frustrated, as I was expecting at least some clarity after the interview. To be honest, it was really unprofessional. If they weren't planning to move forward with my application, they could have simply informed me directly, instead of keeping me waiting with no communication. It felt like they were playing a "hide and seek" game. I understand that companies get busy, but leaving candidates hanging without any updates after the interview is completely disrespectful. My overall experience was disappointing. The interview process itself was decent, but the lack of feedback and communication afterwards made the entire experience frustrating. If you're considering interviewing with this company, please be aware that even if you do well in the interview, you might be left in the dark with no follow-up or closure. It's disappointing that they waste your time and don’t show basic courtesy. I would recommend that you be cautious before investing your time in interviews with this company. Communication and transparency are key in any recruitment process, and unfortunately, this company failed on that front.

Project Manager
I had an initial chat with an internal recruiter who found me on Linkedin. The first interview was in-person with Prasant, focusing on team culture and organizational fit. Then, I had a phone interview with Sandeep, which was tougher, delving into my experience managing challenging clients. The final stage was another interview with Prasant to confirm things. The offer stage was smooth, and they quickly provided information about benefits so I could decide.
- Can you explain how to perform a three-point estimation when a project has several scope variables?
- If a project falls behind schedule by a week, what's your usual escalation process for addressing it?
- What steps would you take to sort out a delay that has lasted for a week?
Test Automation Engineer
This was a slow and negative interview experience. I interviewed in July 2019 and there were 3 rounds. I was waiting for the final Managerial/HR round when the position was put on hold, and they didn't even tell me. I had to call HR for updates, and she never called back on her own. It felt like they kept me waiting and wasted my time and effort. The interview process felt like they were hiring for NASA or ISRO, but in the end, they didn't hire anyone and left me in limbo about whether they would hire me or not.
