the usual phone and in-person process, they don't use teams or google meet making everything slower. they don't provide feedback and disappear, they said they were interested and would make the offer, luckily I work for a serious company

After applying, I had two interviews with the HR team. They wanted me to talk through my resume and ask good questions. Everyone was really nice and easy to talk to. It's important to show you're interested and have some experience.

It wasn't too complicated, I went through three rounds and the last one was with my Manager. A good chunk was qualitative, but having general business knowledge definitely helps. For entry-level folks, they're looking for potential.

I talked to the recruiter first, then the hiring manager. The hiring manager really liked my background since I've worked in-house in IR for years. Then there was a writing assignment. They gave me a time limit and a topic, and I had to write down the key points and questions for a client needing to revise their guidance. After that, I had to draft or edit the press release and the company description.
