First there was a screening call, then a Super day with 5 rounds. All rounds were virtual 2 on 1 interviews. The Super day included 2 case studies: one stock pitch and another on client portfolio analysis. Some interviewers were tougher than others, so be prepared to talk about yourself and the market a lot.

First a general 30 min phone interview. If you move on to next round, you do a 30 min case study where you talk through asset allocation, estate planning, etc. this is followed by 3-5 more 30 min interviews with various people on the team including senior MDs towards the end.
