The interview process included some online dynamics and an in-person one, which I think could be an issue for those living far away. Otherwise, it was pretty chill but very competitive and a bit slow. Finally, there was a challenge proposed, nothing out of the ordinary, I found it fair.

The process was really smooth. After the resume screening, they set up an in-person interview with HR, the area manager, and other candidates. We had to do personal introductions where the manager asked questions based on our resumes. Then, there was a simple logic test and an essay about the Brazilian food industry, with a motivational text provided.

after applying online, there was a video interview that lasted about 15 to 20 minutes. it was just one round and i heard back about two weeks later. they mostly talked about the company and asked me some basic questions.
