Technical Support Engineer
I had a phone chat with the recruiter, who was quite nice. After that, I advanced to a round where I spoke with two managers. We had a good conversation about the team and the job. They said they'd be in touch, but then I got an email that the job was on hold. The recruiter and I exchanged emails, and he mentioned he'd update me. I've followed up a few times since, but haven't heard back.
- Could you describe your past technical experience?
Technical Support Engineer
The hiring process was really straightforward. First, there was a quick 15-minute phone chat to get acquainted and outline the steps. Then, a second phone interview, about 20-30 minutes, dove into the job specifics, customer support scenarios, and my past experiences. The in-person part involved a company tour followed by meetings with three different teams, each with two people. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful, asking insightful questions. I got a call with a job offer within one to two weeks after the interviews.
- Can you share an example of providing outstanding customer support?
- Describe a time when a situation didn't go as planned and what you could have done differently.
Technical Support Engineer
My interview with iCIMS was really positive, everyone was so welcoming. It started with a basic HR phone screening, then I had to do a timed and recorded aptitude test, and a personality test. After that, I had another, more in-depth phone interview with HR. The final step was an onsite visit where I got a great tour from someone in the role, followed by three separate 1-hour interviews with the management team for the TSE department. I got the offer a few days later, and the whole thing took about 2-3 weeks.
- Could you start by telling us a bit about yourself?
- Can you share an instance where you had a disagreement with your supervisor?
