The interview process involved a screening call, then a hiring manager interview, and finally a technical interview with two engineers. The interviews themselves were engaging and the interviewers were nice, but the experience with Talent Acquisition wasn't great. I was told the last interview would be coding, but it turned out to be technical. Also, TA ghosted me for a month after the interview, even though I followed up multiple times. When people spend a lot of time interviewing, they should at least get basic professional courtesy back.

I went through three rounds of interviewers for a summer ‘19 technical intern role. The first two interviews were technical, and the final one was behavioral. The hiring manager, who was my final interviewer, told me I was practically guaranteed the position based on my performance. But then I received an email the following week stating they were going to proceed with other candidates. So, I was not guaranteed the position.

Behavioral Technical Coding System Design
Applied online early Nov and got an email a month later for a phone interview. The phone screen was just general resume questions, nothing technical. Then I had to do a CCAT assessment - a 50-question logic test in 15 minutes. You can find info and sample questions online for this. After that, it was a personality assessment, no time limit, pretty straightforward. Once I passed that, my resume went to the hiring manager. If they picked it, I got a link for a Codility test with two coding problems and a debugging exercise. It wasn't too hard, but practice on Codility's site first. It's timed, so no messing around. Then, an onsite interview was next. I was told I'd meet 3 technical folks and one manager. When I got there, the HR Talent Acquisition Specialist met me and took me to a room where I met with the 4 people for an hour each. They were all nice and kept to the schedule. They were helpful and tried to make me comfortable while giving me technical challenges that sparked conversation. Lots of back and forth. Treat it like discussing a solution with a coworker. Also, use the info in these reviews to prep. Got the offer within 2 weeks. The HR Talent Acquisition Specialist kept me updated throughout the whole thing. Overall, it was a good experience.
