Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at iCIMS.
Marketing
Had several relevant interviews with the teams and managers. Conducted in both French and English. Everything was very fast each time. The feedback was constructive. Nothing particular to report other than everything went as well as possible.

Sales & Marketing
iCIMS, a company that sells software for candidate experience, did not provide a good one. After over 5 interviews, they went silent for weeks. Even after I repeatedly asked for feedback, the talent person vanished. Eventually, I got an automated, old-fashioned rejection email. I was not impressed. Some interviewers were nice, but the HR process felt disrespectful and hypocritical.

Partner Marketing
I had a quick chat with the University recruiter, Sara Palughi, who was super energetic and nice. After that, we set up a day to meet with the different teams I was looking at. I got to learn about what each team does and we talked about my experience and interests. At the end of the day, Sarah kept me posted on the hiring decision. About two weeks later, I got a call from the Partner Marketing team offering me the job, which I accepted!
