The interview involved a phone screen and two other interviews, totaling one and a half hours. The recruiter was professional and knowledgeable about the job, answering all my questions. They were responsive and respectful. The first interview was with two team members who were welcoming and shared their experiences, which put me at ease. They asked about my technical skills, education, and experience. The second interview was with the hiring manager, who was pleasant and clearly stated expectations. They also explained what the company offers. It was a great interview experience!

The initial phone screen recruiter was really rushed and asked the same kinds of questions. I don't think she was listening because she asked me to clarify several times, which felt really unprofessional. The call was only 7 minutes, even though I told her what I knew about the company and my experience. I guess she didn't like my tone.

I applied for the Intern position and got an HR phone screen. The HR person was a little late but we talked for about 25-30 minutes about my background and what kind of projects I might be interested in. They also answered my questions about the company culture and the internship. The next day, I got an invite for a two-hour Codility test as a technical screen. I didn't do well on it and they said they weren't moving forward. The whole thing took about three weeks, including the two weeks I had to finish the Codility test. They usually replied within a day or two.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • The Codility test had three parts: a warm-up question that was just about getting the right answer,
  • a harder question where I had to think about time and space complexity,
  • and a debugging question that used bitwise arithmetic.
