The interview process was good, though lengthy. It was mostly one-on-one. They listened carefully and asked questions directly from my CV, making it very interactive. Overall, it was a good experience. The HR person was more on the lenient side, but the manager who joined her was rough and seemed keen to end the conversation quickly.

The interview process involved two people asking questions. They asked about my family background, if I could relocate, my strengths, what makes me stand out, if I had family in ICICI, to tell them about myself, my interests, why I'm a good fit, and some technical questions about accounts and banking systems.

The selection process had 3 parts. First, an online psychometric test was done before the interview rounds. It was pretty normal and didn't have any personal questions. Second, there was a Group Discussion with 2 HR present. From my experience, you were taken forward based on your performance in the GD, grades, past work experience/education, and display of basic knowledge. However, these factors were never disclosed so I can't be sure. Third, the interview process was only about 10 minutes long. Most questions were based on my CV in the first half. The second half was about location preference, willingness to relocate, and some casual questions about family life. I think they had already made up their mind and were just filling time.
