The interview started with a group discussion (GD) on whether social media is a boon or bane. There were ten members in my batch for the GD, and six were selected from my team. After that, we spent 3 hours. The next stage was a personal interview (PI) with a panel of two members. The questions asked were simple. The results weren't announced on the same day.

So, first there was a written test, which was mostly aptitude and psychometric. It was 20 minutes for 40 questions, and it was pretty easy. Got the results after about a month. Then, I was called for a group discussion (GD) and a personal interview (PI). For the GD, we were given about 10 topics beforehand, and the HR person chose the final topic for us, which was FDI in India.

The interview process involves a written test, followed by a group discussion where a random topic is assigned, so general knowledge is important. To do well in the GD, you should take the initiative and start the discussion, as this increases your chances of clearing the interview. There will also be a managerial round.
