So first, it was an application, and then they wanted to know about my understanding of the products and process in banking and technology and compliance and regulations in India and fintech and ecosystem players and other things about my past work experience.

It was fairly simple. One round GD, one round panel interview, and done. We were only asked basic questions and nothing related to CV or the role for which the offer was made.

I applied online and had to do a personality test before the interview. There was only one online interview with HR and the BU head, and it seemed like many other candidates joined too. The interviewer wasn't very engaged and didn't listen to full answers. They didn't ask any PM-specific questions but focused a lot on sales knowledge and asked about my past sales experience, which made me think the PM role here is quite sales-focused. The interview itself was easy. When I asked about the results, HR said within 2-3 business days, but it's been almost a month with no response from the company HR despite my follow-ups and emails.
