I applied in late July and didn't hear back until early September, I had almost forgotten about it. It started with a phone screening, and after the recruiter liked me, they scheduled a video interview with the Program managers. I was told I would hear back in about a week, but a whole month went by. After a bunch of ignored follow-ups, I was finally told I didn't get the offer.

I applied on LinkedIn and a recruiter got in touch right away to set up an interview. It seemed pretty straightforward. The recruiter said I'd hear back in about a week, but that didn't happen. About a month later, the recruiter contacted me again about a different job, but I had already accepted another offer. The communication wasn't great, but overall it was a decent experience.
