Behavioral

I had an on-campus interview for an Associate role at ICF. The HR manager for college recruitment and a Senior Associate from HQ were there. They only asked general behavior questions, like 'Tell me about yourself,' 'Why ICF?', and 'Describe an experience where you had to manage conflict.' My interview went well with both people. But, I still haven't heard back after 2 months. I followed up with HR and the Senior Associate, but they aren't sure about what positions ICF will be hiring for from on-campus students.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied by dropping off my resume at a college job fair. About three weeks later, a senior manager reached out for a 45-minute phone interview. Two weeks after that, they invited me for an in-person interview. This involved meeting around five people from the team I'd be joining, all at different levels. Honestly, the phone interview felt tougher than the in-person one; I was asked more and challenged more during that call. The in-person was more about them trying to convince me to join. They took about two and a half weeks to respond, but they did extend a job offer.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied online and heard back from a recruiter about 2 weeks later for a phone screen. Then they flew me in for a full day of interviews, which seemed to go pretty well. I had to give an hour-long presentation, which I was only told about the day before, but I managed to put something together and it went fine. I met with everyone on the team in different formats: some one-on-one, some in pairs, and some in small groups.
