It was a pretty chill and quick chat about the job, what it entails, and how the company works. They asked a couple of questions about me and my background, and why I'm interested in the position.

I filled out an online application and then got a call a couple weeks later for an interview at the shop that same day. It wasn't formal, more of a chat about my preferred hours and times. Then the manager had me do a small task – sorting shelves while he went to his office for about 10 minutes. When he returned, we had the actual interview, with similar questions about my commute and if I was looking for full-time work. He mentioned he was busy and would call in a few hours, making it sound like I'd get the job. Sadly, no call came. Later that evening, I saw they posted the job again right when they were supposed to call. The next day, I received a rejection letter. It makes me wonder if the whole point was for me to clean up the shelves they didn't have time for. I don't even see how it related to online picking.

Applied online and got an interview invite 2 weeks later. The interview was in person and lasted about 15-20 minutes. They called me back at the end of the day and offered me an induction and training for the following week. The induction included online learning about basic legal stuff.
