It was pretty simple. First, I had to introduce myself. Then, I talked about my past jobs and why I was interested in joining the company. After that, they asked me a couple of situation-based questions, and then they offered me the job right away.

It was pretty chill, I went to the staff room and they asked me some general questions, like how I'd handle different situations and what experience I had that's relevant. Then I moved on to the next part, which was a one-hour trial where I had to restock the shop floor for 30 minutes, and we just chatted for the remaining time.
