I applied online and had to answer some questions about different situations. Then I went in for an in-person interview where they mostly asked about my availability and what I'm good at. They also asked a couple more questions about how I'd deal with customers and other people I'd work with.

The application process was not ideal. I was initially told I was not the right person for the job, but then they offered it to me anyway. It felt very unprofessional and like there wasn't much concern for the staff, which makes me think they probably have a lot of people leaving.

The hiring manager was really nice and asked me a few questions about different situations, and also asked about my availability. They also wanted to know what I would do if I worked there and how I would communicate with customers if I got the job.
