First, I got a call from the recruiter about the job. Then, about three days later, they scheduled the first technical interview, which lasted about an hour. Three to four days after that, I had a second technical round, also lasting about an hour. The questions were scenario-based, and I felt I answered 70-80% correctly. I was feeling good about it, but the recruiter never got back to me, no rejection email or anything, just ghosted.

Worst process. HR calls you saying you are selected after rounds of interviews. After a few days, you repeatedly reach out, and they don't respond. Later HR calls and says they have selected other candidates. Why did they waste your time then? Such unexpected behavior.
