Technical

First, I got a call from the recruiter about the job. Then, about three days later, they scheduled the first technical interview, which lasted about an hour. Three to four days after that, I had a second technical round, also lasting about an hour. The questions were scenario-based, and I felt I answered 70-80% correctly. I was feeling good about it, but the recruiter never got back to me, no rejection email or anything, just ghosted.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was really well laid out, super quick, and fun from start to finish. Started with a casual but useful phone call with the Head of Acquisition, which was a good start. The first real interview was on Microsoft Teams, which was a smooth and professional chat. Then, the last step was an in-person interview at the UK office, which was great for meeting everyone face-to-face. The whole thing only took about two weeks, showing they really know how to hire fast.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process included an initial online meeting with HR and the CTO, followed by a second in-person interview a week later with the same individuals. I was asked to prepare a case study for the second interview, and during that meeting, I also had to complete a spontaneous exercise. The company transparently communicated an early scope change: the role would now report to two executives instead of one. Despite the positive and professional interactions, they ultimately decided to proceed with other candidates. After investing significant time in the case study and the in-person interview, I followed up multiple times over two weeks requesting feedback but received no response, which I found disappointing given the effort involved.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was divided into three separate stages: An introductory interview to get to know each other. A technical interview to assess my skills and expertise. A meeting with the CEO to discuss salary and the terms of the contract. Overall, the people involved in the interviews were exceptionally polite, approachable, and calm, which made the entire experience very positive.
