First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at IBS Software.
Test Engineer
There were 2 rounds in total. The first round was with a QA, and the second round was a manager round. Both were technical. If you passed both of those, the next step was an HR round for salary discussion, compensation details, and document submission.

- What do you understand by defect severity?
- How would you define defect priority?
Software Test Engineer
A staffing agency named Arsen management reached out to me. The first step was supposed to be a telephonic interview, but the agency mistakenly sent me directly to a face-to-face interview. I passed this technical round. The agency then contacted me again for a second technical round. Communication issues between the agency and the company caused confusion, leading me to be directed to different buildings. After finally meeting the interviewer, they asked some informal questions and indicated they would recommend me. We discussed salary, and they expressed it wouldn't be an issue, but in the end, they couldn't offer anything close to what was initially agreed upon during the first phase. The interview panel was great, but the HR and the staffing agency were terrible.
- Questions related to technical aspects.
Software Test Engineer
The interview process was terrible. It started with 2 rounds, and then I was invited to a managerial round. However, they kept postponing it and eventually stopped responding. It seems like they don't actually hire anyone, they just conduct interviews. My advice: don't apply.
- Could you explain OOPs concepts?
- What are your thoughts on framework-related questions?
