First there was a recruiter call, then a 90min tech screen where I had to read code and solve a problem. It felt a bit unpleasant and the vibes weren't great, I felt uncomfortable. The technical part wasn't too hard and they answered my questions at the end.

It was a pretty simple process with no leetcode-style technical interviews. We started with a phone screen with the recruiter. Then there was a panel interview where I had to explain and deep-dive on a project. Finally, a hiring manager behavioral round.

The interview process involved an initial chat with the dev manager, followed by a technical interview with two engineers, and concluded with a panel interview. Everyone was super welcoming and excited about the work they do. I had a really great time chatting with everyone, and especially liked how personal the process felt. One of the engineers reached out over Linkedin and the dev manager made sure to keep the conversation going over email-- I really appreciated that.
