Product Manager
The interview process was pretty bad overall. A recruiter reached out to schedule a phone conversation but then never called during the scheduled time. They also never responded to two follow-up emails trying to reschedule.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Product Manager
First spoke with a recruiter, then the hiring manager. After that, I had to give a presentation about a product I had managed before. The recruiter and hiring manager interviews were pretty chill. Then came the big presentation for a panel of future colleagues, which is how it is these days, where they make you do a lot of work.
- Can you tell me about your previous product management experience?
- Why are you interested in this position, considering your experience level?
- Could you present on a past product you managed?
Product Manager
This was a 4-stage interview process. The first was with my hiring manager and it was quite chill. They were really checking for my passion for entrepreneurship and innovation. They asked about what I've been studying and any extracurriculars that show my interests. Another round was with the Product Director, where I faced several behavioral questions. The final round involved the whole team and included scenario-based questions.
- Regarding the product or startup idea you developed, how did you determine its value?
